1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Gušt ("Gušt", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Gušt mobile app, websites, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Your account

To use most features of Gušt you need an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 16 years old to use Gušt.

3. The service

Gušt is a discovery and reservation platform that connects users with participating restaurants and lets them redeem exclusive deals. Gušt is not a restaurant and does not prepare or serve food.

4. Deals & redemption

Each deal in the app has its own conditions (e.g. valid days, party size, excluded items). You must review the conditions before reserving. Deals are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Deals must be redeemed during the reservation they are attached to.

5. Restaurant relationship

The contract for the meal itself is between you and the restaurant. Gušt is not responsible for the quality of food, service, or experience provided by participating restaurants, but we want to know about any issue so we can help — please contact us at support@gustapp.rs.

6. Reservations & cancellations

You can cancel a reservation through the app. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to certain deals or the Service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse deals.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Service.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the Service — including the Gušt name, logo, design, and software — is owned by Gušt or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gušt disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any restaurant experience booked through it.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, restaurants, or other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
